  • Seminars/Conferences/Corporate Meetings
    The 1,000-seat auditorium area is perfectly suited for meetings and multi-day seminars. Chairs and two different sizes of tables are available and can be configured to maximize the impact of the event.

  • Not-For-Profits
    The interior décor of East Street Studios provides a sophisticated and professional atmosphere for not-for-profit organizations to hold fundraisers and other important events. Special fee schedule applies to not-for-profit organizations.

  • Ministries
    As the home of Keynote, the music and creative arts ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ, East Street Studios is frequently the venue of choice for Christian events that bring inspirational messages of hope to local communities. With this background, East Street welcomes church ministry events of all types from fundraisers and youth activities to retreats and staff leadership seminars.

  • Trade Shows
    The 12,000 sq ft auditorium, featuring 14’ ceilings, in-floor network/power grid, the reinforced concrete slab and oversized ground level roll-up door, allows for easy loading of the facility with display equipment and show vehicles. The floor grid supports multiple trade show booths that can be erected throughout the convention center floor.

  • Concerts/Performances
    Excellent room acoustics and advanced audio-visual technology provide an ideal environment for performances, concerts and recitals. A 24’x 16’x 24” stage allows performers to be easily viewed by all in attendance.

  • Banquets
    East Street can help you to plan awards ceremonies and recognition banquets of all types. Whether it’s a banquet to recognize outstanding athletes on a sports team or a monthly chapter meeting luncheon, East Street Studios will ensure you’ve covered all your bases, while recommending the best set-up configuration and audio/visual tools to bring life and fun to your event.

Westfield Chamber of Commerce
East Street Studios is a valuable asset to Westfield and Hamilton County, as well as Central Indiana. Keynote
East Street Studios & Event Center has been a great fit for Keynote!
The main auditorium, with its quality sound system, lighting, and staging, has been perfect for our highly-produced fundraising events for 350-450 people. The multiple side rooms (for break-out presentations) and the ability to bring in our own caterer has made it a more attractive venue than the hotel ballrooms we had used for past events.
